What's that you say Sparky??!! You want everybody to stop, drop
and roll??
BARK WOOF!
Ok everybody, you heard him! QUICK, let's all STOP, DROP and
ROLL!
GREAT JOB everybody!!!.............Sparky as you probably
now know, is the Corte Madera Fire Departments training aide. Sparky visits
schools in the area teaching kids the hazards of playing with matches and
the steps to playing it fire safe.
On one such recent trip to a middle school in Rohnert Park, Sparky was
photographed doing what he does best! That's right! Showing the kids how
to avoid getting hurt with fire and the, stop, drop and roll technique for
putting out fire should your clothing ignite.
So, the next time
you're out driving the streets, watch for Sparky The Fire Dog and remember
his famous words,
"WOOF BARK HOWL WOOF WOOF"
(Translated = 'Play it smart kids, DON'T play with matches")
